Wythall & Hollywood Fun Run - Sunday 13 June 2027
The event takes place at Wythall Park and features road races and a family track relay. Courses are run on closed roads through countryside, with no laps and a route described as safe from start to finish. The field includes community elements such as stalls, fun and games, and relies on volunteer support from Wythall residents.
Distances:
- 5K (relatively flat, closed roads)
- 10K (closed roads, no laps)
- Families on Track (around the park, 5K relay)
The 5K is described as relatively flat and suitable for first time racers and those aiming for a personal best. The 10K provides a longer distance while remaining accessible to a broad range of runners. Times recorded by participants who are registered with England Athletics are counted for official records.
The event is organised by Wythall Community Association with support from Worcestershire County Council and Events of the North. The location is a few minutes from the M42 and offers free parking, combining road racing with a local community atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
