WWAC Ballinroad 5Km 2026

The WWAC Ballinroad 5Km is the opening event in the club's 2026 summer road race programme. A permit has been approved, cert.no: 26/199. The event is listed for 8 May 2026 as the first race of the summer schedule and is the 11th running of the Ballinroad 5K.

The race is sponsored by AHS Tuning Ireland, which has supported the event for several years. Proceeds from a fun run and walk element will go towards a local project, with Ballinroad A.F.C. named as a benefactor and funds directed to the club pitch fund.

The course is described as fast and flat. Number collection takes place at Ballinroad Hall (X35KT53). Tea, coffee and prizegiving will follow the race in St Laurences Hall, Ballinroad.
