WWAC Ardmore 5 Mile 2026
The 29th Annual Round Tower Hotel Ardmore 5 Miles takes place in the village of Ardmore and is listed as race number 2 in the series for 2026. The course is described as fast and the event carries an approved permit, cert. no. 26/306.
Entry is online only with a stated online fee of €12 and an on-the-night fee of €15. There is an option to purchase a commemorative gilet for €20. Number collection is at Ardmore GAA club grounds, provided by kind permission.
Prize categories include first three male and first three female finishers, one junior male and one junior female, and first-place awards in several age groups. The published age-group headings are: men 1st Over 40, 45, 50, 60 and women 1st Over 35, 40, 45, 50. The first male finisher receives the Veronica Ryan Cup and the first female finisher receives the Noel Faherty Cup. After the race the event sponsor, The Round Tower Hotel, will host prizegiving and provide refreshments.
