Dark Sky 220, Cherry Springs 110 and Wooly 50K

The Warrior Trail Foundation organizes a multi-distance trail event in the Lock Haven, Pennsylvania area held October 25 to 30, 2026. The event supports the Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3), with proceeds funding trail running events and coaching scholarships for veteran athletes.

Distances offered include:

• 220 miles with over 40,000 feet of elevation gain
• 110 miles with nearly 20,000 feet of vertical gain
• 50K

Runners may choose supported, self-supported, unsupported, or team formats. Supported entries allow crew access at designated points and pacers who can travel with runners from the start. Self-supported runners may cache supplies along the route. Unsupported runners carry all supplies from the start. Water sources are reported to be plentiful throughout the course. A GPX file for the course is available on Caltopo. Actual start and finish locations are subject to change based on permit.

A virtual option is available for all distances, allowing participants to create a personal route and log miles while fundraising. Registration is priced at $22 per person. There is a suggested fundraising commitment of $300 for most distances and $100 for the 50K. All participants must register, complete required questions, and sign a waiver.
