Registration is handled in the club rooms; pre-registered athletes collect bibs and timing chips, while on-the-day entries are accepted with cash or card and a completed waiver. Registration is typically available about one hour before the event to allow time for transition setup. Race briefings generally start 15 minutes before the advertised commencement and the Race Director will outline course details and safety information. Ongoing foreshore infrastructure works may require course or lap changes; gallery photos are usually uploaded within 48 hours and results are posted on the club website after the event. Club members are expected to volunteer at least once per season, with the option to nominate a substitute to fulfill the duty. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
