WS10 - Parramatta
WS10 at Parramatta is a free monthly 10 km community run held at Parramatta Park on the third Sunday of selected months. The Parramatta edition takes place on park paths and is scheduled on specific dates during the year.
The course runs entirely on sealed cycle and pedestrian paths, suitable for pushing a pram and resistant to adverse weather. The route comprises three and a bit laps of the park loop, starting near the Noller Footbridge and finishing in front of the George Street gatehouse. The pre-event meeting point is near the finish, beside the Good George cafe, just inside the old Tudorhouse Gates at George Street.
Facilities around the course include public toilets at the start/finish and on the route, multiple drinking fountains, and parking within Parramatta Park and along the park road. Additional parking may be available in the council car park on O'Connell Street; that car park is a short walk to the meeting point via the Noller Footbridge.
Participation requires a site registration. Returning participants who have run or signed up before remain registered; account access can be restored using the site's password reset form. New participants must complete the site registration and confirm via the email confirmation link. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
