Wrexham Half Marathon
The Wrexham Half Marathon is scheduled for 28th February 2027. It is a road-closed event that starts and finishes at Queensway Stadium and follows a scenic route that stays close to the countryside while remaining within walking distance of Wrexham city centre.
The event is organised by Active Leisure Events, the team behind the Chester triple events. Further event information will be confirmed in due course.
Entry windows and dates are specified: Early Bird entry ends Sunday 28th June 2026 and Standard entry ends Sunday 31st January 2027. Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a free T-shirt.
On race day there will be marshals to guide participants around the course and an event village with food and drink options. Partners will provide some free finish-line items.
This is a partner event. RunThrough memberships can be used for entry, but once the event sells out no additional places will be available, including for members. There will be no RunThrough member desk and member bibs cannot be used at this event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
