Worthing Seafront 10k
The Worthing Seafront 10k is an England Athletics affiliated event held along the West Sussex coastline. The race takes place on an accurately measured 10 km course that consists of 90% promenade and 10% field terrain. The route begins at Splashpoint, heads towards Goring Green, and returns to finish at Beach House Park.
Participants run along the seaside promenade, passing through coastal streets and the golden sands of the Worthing shoreline. The terrain is flat, which has contributed to course records of 32:30 for men and 34:33 for women. Water stations are provided at various intervals along the course to support runners during the event.
The event hub at Beach House Grounds offers several amenities for participants, including:

The location is situated a 10-minute walk from the Worthing British Rail station. For those arriving by car, limited free parking is available nearby, alongside multiple paid parking options. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and have the opportunity to win spot prizes, while trophies are awarded to the first three runners.
