Course, awards and logistics
The course runs on the trails and boardwalks of Vereen Memorial and Historical Gardens and crosses scenic marsh areas. The start and finish lines are at the gate of Vereen Memorial and Historical Gardens. All finishers receive a custom Blue Crab finisher’s medal.
Parking is provided at Vereen Memorial Gardens (2250 Hwy 179) and at Little River Medical Center (4303 Live Oak Drive). Packet pick-up and late registration occur Friday, May 15 at the Government and Justice Center in Conway (morning) and at C.B. Berry Community Center (afternoon), with additional pick-up on race day at C.B. Berry Community Center. Awards are given by gender overall (1st to 3rd) and by age divisions; age-group awards use net chip time and must be claimed in person.
