Event Overview
The Worksop Halloween Half Marathon is organized by the Worksop Harriers Athletic Club and is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026. This edition of the race features a unique change as the course will be run in the reverse direction compared to previous years. Consequently, the winners of the 13.1 mile event will establish new course records for this layout.
The race is UKA affiliated and serves as the Nottinghamshire County Championships. Participation in the county championship category requires eligibility through birth or a minimum of nine months of residence in Nottinghamshire. The event is open to both affiliated and unaffiliated runners, with age categories starting from 17-34 up to 75+.

The race begins and ends at Sparken Hill Academy in Worksop. Participants receive a medal and a long-sleeved t-shirt as part of their entry. A baggage drop service is available for runners on the day of the event.
Race numbers must be collected in person at Sparken Hill Academy. Collection times are available on the Saturday preceding the race and on Sunday morning before the start.
