Woodmont 5K : Milford, CT

The Woodmont 5K is a race held on July 25, 2026 at Trubee Doolittle Park on Beach Avenue in Milford, Connecticut. The event features a 5K course that is described as mostly flat and scenic along the shoreline.

Dri-Fit T-shirts are guaranteed to all runners and walkers who pre-register by July 1, 2025. Timing is computerized and provided by The Last Mile Race Racing.

Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in 10-year age groups from 12 and under through 80+, with 1st overall male and female awards and no award duplication.
