MOVE FOR IMPACT: Kingston-Woodlawn Wellness Day 5K
MOVE FOR IMPACT is the inaugural community 5K held in Kingston and Woodlawn on September 19, 2026. The event brings a running component together with a post-race Wellness Day that focuses on health and neighborhood resources.
The course passes several local landmarks, including Woodlawn High School, I3 Academy, Willow Wood Park, and recent neighborhood developments that reflect local investment. The running program includes a 5K race and a separate 5K Kids Run.
Wellness Day features health screenings, wellness resources, farmers market style vendors, fitness demonstrations, youth and family engagement activities, and participation by community organizations and local businesses. The schedule on race day includes registration and check-in, the 5K events, and the Wellness Day activities that continue into the afternoon.
Registration details are provided for each event: the main 5K has a registration fee of $30 and the Kids Run has a registration fee of $15. Registration opens in May and June 2026 and closes in September 2026.
