Woodlands 5K Trail Run and 1 Mile Fun Run
The Woodlands 5K Trail Run and Woodlands 1 Mile Fun Run take place on September 26, 2026 at Woodlands Preserve in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. The events are organized to raise funds and awareness for local land conservation through the Woodlands Conservancy.

Registration opens April 1, 2026. The listed registration fees are $30.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1 mile event. Proceeds benefit the Woodlands Conservancy land trust, established in 2001 to preserve and restore forested wetlands and other lands of ecological or historical significance.
All registrants receive an individual Woodlands Conservancy annual membership. All 5K finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Prizes include Parks-For-All Hydro Flasks for the 1 mile overall winners and for winners in the 5K Masters (age 40+) and Youth (age 12 and under) categories. Overall 5K winners receive Mignon Faget Palmetto glassware. A referral program offers a $20 refund for referring five friends who then register.
