Woodland Ramble Trail Run
A new timed trail race in Mystic presented by Kelley's Pace and Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center. The event is a 5K course that runs through high meadows, woods, and fields on the properties of Coogan Farm and the Nature Center. The race starts and finishes at Coogan Farm, 162 Greenmanville Ave, Mystic, CT.
The inaugural 2026 trail run is capped at 100 participants. Race day operations include packet pick-up for runners and a separate walk called the Ramble that requires separate registration. After the run there will be an awards ceremony, light food and drinks, and an opportunity to meet the Nature Center animal ambassadors.
Entry fees are tiered: $31 until May 8, $36 from May 9 to May 29, and $41 on race day (race day entries are online only; no paper registrations). Youth pricing is fixed at $20 for ages 6 to 10, and children 5 and under may attend free. Strollers and other equipment are not allowed on the trails.
