Woodland Challenge
The Woodland Challenge is a unique running event taking place along a disused railway in Rugby, marking its return since 2019. Participants can run as many 5k laps as they wish within a 6-hour time limit, making it suitable for all abilities, from casual walkers to seasoned runners. The course features a gently uphill route with scenic views and wildlife.
Instead of traditional medals, participants can choose from repurposed woodland-themed medals from past events. The event promotes sustainability by offering tree tokens instead of medals for those who prefer. A large free parking area is available at the venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
