Women's Trifecta Triathlon - June 12, 2027, Turtle Lake Park, Shoreview, MN
The Women’s Trifecta Triathlon is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event held at Turtle Lake Park. Sanctioning adds certified race operations, enhanced safety standards, athlete insurance coverage, and official results with rankings eligibility. Because of the sanction, all participants must hold either a USAT annual membership or a USAT one-day license.
Course options include:
- Virgin Course: 200 yard swim, 9.38 mi bike, 2 mi run
- Sprint Course: 600 yard swim, 12.34 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Aqua Bike: 600 yard swim, 12.34 mi bike
- Olympic Distance: 0.9 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 5.5 mi run
Relay options for 2- and 3-person teams and aquabike entries are available for Sprint and Olympic distances. All participants receive a shirt and a finisher medal; registering after 6/1/27 may result in shirts being mailed if the requested size is not available on race day. Top two overall finishers and top two in each age group receive awards, with no double-dipping between overall and age-group awards.
Packet pick-up is available Friday, June 11 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at The Athlete Lab, or on event day at the venue from 6:00 am to 7:00 am. The event is timed by Front Runner. Roads on the bike course are open to traffic; athletes are responsible for knowing the course and staying aware of vehicles. A flashing red rear bike light is strongly recommended for visibility.
The event is rain or shine. Organizers may delay, adjust, shorten, or cancel portions of the race for dangerous conditions; the swim may be canceled and converted to a duathlon. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations or changes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
