Women's Trifecta 2026
The Women's Trifecta is a multisport event taking place at Turtle Lake Park in Shoreview, Minnesota. The event is designed for women and offers various distances and formats to accommodate different experience levels. Participants can choose between individual entries, relay teams of two to three people, or aqua bike categories.
The event features four primary course options:
- Virgin Course: Includes a 200 yard swim, 9.38 mile bike, and 2 mile run.
- Sprint Course: Includes a 600 yard swim, 12.34 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run.
- Olympic Distance: Includes a 0.9 mile swim, 25 mile bike, and 5.5 mile run.
- Aqua Bike: Available for Sprint and Olympic distances, consisting of the swim and bike portions only.
The bike portion of all courses takes place on open roads shared with vehicle traffic. The event is open to participants aged 16 and older, though younger athletes may participate if accompanied by an adult on the bike course. Registered participants receive a shirt, custom finisher medal, and a swag bag. The event is timed, and awards are presented to the top two overall finishers and the top two in each age group.
On-site support includes a water safety team and a support crew. No parking is available at the park itself; athletes and spectators are directed to park at the nearby Chippewa Middle School. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
