Women Xpanding Limits: 1-Miler & 5K

Women Xpanding Limits is a women’s fitness and wellness festival held on October 24. Registration on this event page covers the Women’s 1-Miler or the Women’s 5K, while the festival also hosts additional competitions and activities throughout the day.

The event program includes strength and functional fitness contests such as a HYROX Physical Fitness Test, a push-pull lifting meet, hybrid athlete divisions, and an Ultimate Athlete competition. The festival features a vendor and wellness area, food trucks, live music, a bonfire, games and community activities. A course map is listed as coming soon. Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for October 23 at a location to be announced.

A portion of each athlete registration will be donated to Susan G. Komen to support breast cancer research, patient care and community programs. The organizers aim to raise more than $5,000 and offer opportunities to sponsor survivor athletes so breast cancer survivors can participate at no cost.

Every registered athlete receives a custom finisher medal, an athlete bag, and a race bib where applicable, plus access to the full day of competition and festival activities. Awards recognize the top two finishers per age group separated by gender. Race registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
