Logistics and awards
Pre-race packet pickup is set for December 13, 2025 at Road Runner Sports - Hillard (3687 Park Mill Run Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026) from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Packet pickup is also available on race day. 5k and 12k registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; the Kids Dash registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a children’s medal. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos. The 5k and 12k will use chip timing with live results and awards; free photos and finish-line treats are provided. Age-group awards are offered for 5k/12k across overall, masters (40+), and standard age bands; the 1 Mile, Kids Dash, and Virtual events do not qualify for age-group awards. The event has a no-refund policy and may be canceled only for venue requirements or hazardous ice conditions. Toys for Tots donations are accepted at the event.
