Course details and facilities
The swim takes place in a six-lane competition pool operated by Freedom Leisure and uses a snake-style start. Swimmers covering more than 300m start with the first 150m in lane 1 then snake to the pool end. The bike course uses open roads out of Woking towards Mayford, with laps between Mayford and Jacobs Well - one lap for SuperSprint, two laps for Sprint. The organisers describe the bike route as mostly flat with some short inclines. The run is based in Woking Park, with about 80% tarmac and 20% hard-packed trail on a lapped route that passes the park centre multiple times. Spectator viewing is available at the pool and around the park. Free event photos, marshalling, course signage, a custom medal, and finish-line refreshments are provided.
