Event Overview
The Wobble Down Front is an annual athletic event held on Thanksgiving Day in Beaufort, North Carolina. Now in its fourth year, the event provides participants with the opportunity to run or walk through the historic district. The course follows the community's waterfront area and concludes in the center of town.

The race utilizes electronic timing to record results for participants. The event atmosphere includes a live singing of the national anthem and entertainment provided by a DJ. Following the completion of the distances, an award ceremony and a festive celebration take place in the town center.
Community Impact
The event serves as a fundraiser for local education. All proceeds generated from the race registration fees are directed to support students at three specific institutions: Beaufort Elementary School, Beaufort Middle School, and East Carteret High School.
