Witch Way is the 5K
Witch Way is the 5K is an event in Sauquoit, New York that includes an in-person 5K, a virtual 5K, and three kids track races at Sauquoit Valley Stadium. Registration for the listed events opens in June and closes on 9/18/2026. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before 9/18/2026.
The in-person 5K begins on Sulphur Springs Road at the entrance to Paris Town Park, follows Oneida Street and Emerald Hills, turns around near Pinnacle Road, and finishes on the track at Sauquoit Valley Stadium. Registration and parking are located at Paris Town Park. Scoring and timing are provided by TNT Timing, and results will be posted after the race.
The virtual 5K option allows participants to run on their own and submit times on Sunday 10/4/2026.
The kids races take place on the Sauquoit Valley Stadium track with no age restrictions. Distances offered:
- 5K in-person
- 5K virtual
- 0.25 mile kids run (1 lap)
- 0.5 mile kids run (2 laps)
- 1 mile kids run (4 laps)
Kids run entry fees differ by registration date: a lower fee applies before 9/19/2026 and a higher fee applies from 9/20/2026 through race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
