Wise Raven Trail Race at Camp Heidelberg, Waterloo ON
Wise Raven Trail Race takes place on October 17, 2026 at Camp Heidelberg on Kressler Road in Waterloo, Ontario. The event is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario and proceeds in excess of expenses will be donated to Run-Walk-Roll for WRHNCC; this is the 11th year raising funds.
The course is a well-marked 2.5 km loop with approximately 45 m of elevation gain per loop. Trails are mostly fast and groomed with some short technical sections featuring rocks and roots and a few rolling hills. October weather can include rain or snow. A covered aid station is located near the start-finish area and there is space for drop bags.

- 5 km 2 loops
- 10 km 4 loops
- 25 km 10 loops
- 50 km 20 loops
- 6 hour individual
- 6 hour relay teams of 2 to 4 members
Logistics: the event is limited to 115 spots, there is ample parking, and it is a cup-less event so participants should bring a water bottle. Timing is electronic by Chiptime Results. Pacers are not allowed. No pets or alcohol are permitted on site. All finishers receive a medal.
