Manly Dam Trail Run
Manly Dam Trail Run is a looped trail event at Manly Dam, 112 King Street, scheduled for 2 August 2026. The event uses an 8 km loop around the dam with options to complete multiple laps for longer distances. The route runs along the water’s edge and crosses the Manly Dam Bridge. The 8 km loop will be clearly marked.

The event is fully timed with live tracking and instant results. Aid stations will provide nutrition and fuelling, and first aid will be provided by St John’s Ambulance. Participants receive a post event food and drinks offering and a participant medal. Sponsor contributions include nutrition at aid stations, merch prizes, and product discounts.
On-site facilities include paid parking, toilets and outdoor showers within about 20 metres, and a registration area at picnic table number 10. The event operates a no plastic policy; participants are asked to bring a 500 ml refillable water bottle and bubblers are available near registration. Tickets can be transferred with an administrative fee and distance category changes are managed via the ticketing account. The event raises awareness and donations for Alpha-1 Org.
