Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge

The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, known as the "You Crazy Fool Run," takes place in Staines along a scenic stretch of the River Thames. This inclusive event welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities to cover as many laps as they choose within seven hours. Each lap measures approximately 4.37 miles (7 km), with a possible course adjustment to 3.28 miles depending on conditions.

Participants can aim for distances ranging from a minimum 5km to ultra distances, including half marathon, marathon, and 50km options. The flat, well-marked course features mainly paved paths suitable for road shoes. Finishers receive themed medals, distance pins, and goody bags, with vegan options available.
