About the race
The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, known as the "You Crazy Fool Run," takes place in Staines along a scenic stretch of the River Thames. Participants have full control over their distance within the 7-hour limit, with a minimum of 3km and laps of approximately 4.37 miles (7km), subject to change. The course is flat, well-marked, and mainly on paved paths, suitable for road shoes.
The event welcomes all abilities, including walkers, and offers distance pins for half-marathon and longer achievements. Amenities include aid stations with snacks and drinks, vegan options, goody bags, toilets, and changing facilities.
