Happy Halloween 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon : Long Beach, October 31, 2026
The event is held on the Long Beach beach path in Belmont Shores at 5400 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA. The course is an open, marked route on the beach path; participants are asked to be courteous to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists.
The route uses out-and-back loops on the beach path and is laid out to be easy to follow.
- 5k out-and-back loop
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
An aid station at the turnaround/start/finish provides water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Registration includes a custom finisher medal, a drawstring goodie bag, free race photos, posted results within 12–24 hours, and an assortment of snacks and samples.
Parking is free in the residential area near the course; beach lot parking is paid by ticket machine or via the Passport Parking app (zone 9372). Transfers are allowed by request and the event has a no-refund policy. A 3 hour 15 minute time limit applies to the half marathon; participants needing more time may request an earlier start from the organizer.
