Windy Hill

Windy Hill is a challenging winter running event set in the scenic landscape above Saddleworth. Participants will embark on a 12-mile course with a 2100 feet ascent, starting and finishing at the Rams Head Inn. The route includes a climb to Blackstone Edge and a traverse along the Pennine Way, culminating in a rewarding descent to the Ogden Valley.

Entrants must adhere to full FRA kit requirements for safety. The event has a limit of 300 participants, with entry fees varying for affiliated and non-affiliated runners.
