The Windsor race day takes place in Windsor, Colorado, with routes that start and finish at The Island at Pelican Lakes in Water Valley. The event offers multiple distances to choose from:

Course routes pass through golf course sections, run along the Poudre River trail, include uphill and downhill segments, and the marathon course adds single track dirt trails. An after party at the finish area features food options including breakfast, drinks, music and a kids zone.
The event benefits Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and the Weld RE-4 Foundation and supports several local nonprofit initiatives. The Windsor event is produced by the run.Windsor Race Series and miles.Beyond and is presented by Banner Health. The marathon and half marathon serve as official qualifiers for the BOLDERBoulder.
Runner amenities include a finisher lunch with meat, vegetarian or gluten free options, beer and non alcoholic beverages, Headsweats finisher shirts and medals for the 5K, 10K, half and full marathon, long sleeve shirt and medal for the 1 mile race, and prizes for top overall and age group finishers.
