Event Overview
The Windsor Marathon is a multi-distance running event taking place on Sunday, October 4, 2026. It is based at The Island at Pelican Lakes in Water Valley, Windsor, Colorado.

Course Details
All races start and finish at The Island at Pelican Lakes. The marathon course tours Windsor on varied terrain, including golf courses, the Poudre River Trail, hills, and single-track dirt trails.
Participant Benefits
A post-race party includes food, drinks, and music. Participants receive a finisher's lunch with dietary options (meat, vegetarian, gluten-free). Beer and non-alcoholic beverages are provided.
- Runners in the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon receive a Headsweats finisher shirt and a medal.
- Participants in the 1 Mile Fit & Fun Run receive a long-sleeve shirt and a medal.
- Prizes are awarded to top overall finishers and age group winners.
Charity
