Windsor Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, 5k & 1 Mile Run
The Windsor Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and 1 Mile Fit & Fun Run take place in Windsor, Colorado on October 4, 2026. All events start and finish at The Island at Pelican Lakes in Water Valley. The course routes travel through golf courses, along the Poudre River trail, over hills, and the full marathon includes single-track dirt trails.

Race-day amenities include an after party with food, drinks, music and a kids zone. Participant benefits listed for finishers include a finisher lunch with meat, vegetarian and gluten-free options; beer and non-alcoholic beverages; Headsweats finisher shirts and medals for 5K, 10K, half and full marathon; and a long-sleeve shirt and medal for the 1 mile. Prizes are awarded to top finishers overall and in age groups. Team entries are available and the marathon and half marathon serve as BOLDERBoulder qualifier events.
The event is presented by Banner Health and produced by the run.Windsor Race Series and miles.Beyond. This year the races benefit Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and the Weld RE-4 Foundation.
