Will Run for Coffee 5k - Owosso
The Will Run for Coffee 5k takes place on Saturday October 17, 2026, at Fitness Coliseum in Owosso, Michigan. The event includes two options: a 5k loop that starts at Fitness Coliseum and follows the Shiawassee River Trail, and a shorter 1.5 mile "Would Rather Walk" loop. Participants may pick up a drink from Foster Coffee Co's mobile bar before heading out. The event is presented by CLH Insurance Agency and Auto Owners and organized in partnership with Foster Coffee Co and Fitness Coliseum.
Entry is open to children, dogs and strollers. All participants receive a long sleeve t-shirt, a coffee mug and either a full cup of coffee or one dollar off a specialty drink from the mobile bar. After the runs there are tables, chairs, bonfires and games set up for post-event time outdoors.
Awards are given in the 5k for first place overall male and female, plus age-group awards: 1st through 3rd for youth under 18 combined, 18 to 29 men and women, 30 to 49 men and women, and 50 and over men and women. Packet pickup is available the morning of the event starting at 7:30 am. The race will be professionally timed with live results and posted online.
