Will Run for Cannoli 5K
Will Run for Cannoli 5K is a family fun run/walk held in July at Lions Park in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The event offers a 3.1 Miles (5K) run/walk around Sloans Lake and adjacent parkland.
The course begins near the pavilion by the Children's Village, proceeds east around Sloans Lake, passes through the tunnel under Central Avenue, and continues counter-clockwise around the golf course. Runners then pass through the tunnel again and run westerly around Sloans Lake to finish at the beach. Each participant receives a finisher medal and a homemade Sicilian cannolo at the finish.
The event includes age division prizes and raffles. Packet pickup is available beginning July 9 at Foot of the Rockies and at the event on race day. Registration is limited to the first 300 registrants; race day registration is available unless the cap has been reached. Registration opens February 6, 2027 and closes April 30, 2027. The registration fee is $20.00 and registration fees are non-refundable. Proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming. The race sold out last year.
