Event Overview
The Will Run for Cannoli 5K is the 12th annual event, scheduled for July 11, 2026. It is a family-friendly run and walk held at Lions Park in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The event includes age division prizes, raffles, a finisher medal for each participant, and homemade Sicilian cannoli at the finish. Registration is limited to the first 300 participants.
Course Route
The 5K course starts near a pavilion by the Children's Village in Lions Park. Participants run east around Sloans Lake, go through a tunnel under Central Avenue, and then run counter-clockwise around a golf course. The route returns through the same tunnel and continues west around Sloans Lake, finishing at the beach area.
Practical Information
Proceeds from the event benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming. Packet pickup is available starting July 8 at a location called Foot of the Rockies, as well as on the day of the event.
