Logistics and policies

Same-day registration at the start of the event is accepted. No refunds are given under any circumstances; participants who withdraw up to 30 days before the race may request a 50% credit toward next year’s registration fee. If the event is canceled due to pandemic, extreme weather, community disaster, or other force majeure, neither refunds nor credits will be given.
