Fall Wild Rose Women's Indoor Triathlon
The Fall Wild Rose Women's Indoor Triathlon is a multisport event held at the SLS Centre in Cochrane, Alberta. This event takes place entirely indoors and is designed for female participants of various experience levels, from first-time triathletes to experienced athletes.
The competition follows a timed heat format rather than fixed distances. Participants complete three segments in a controlled indoor environment:
- A 10-minute swim in the pool where individuals complete as many laps as possible using any stroke.
- A 20-minute cycling session on a stationary bike, led by a coach who guides participants through a structured course.
- A 15-minute walk or run on the indoor track to cover the maximum distance possible.
Participants are assigned to specific heat times, which are distributed one week prior to the event date. The venue is located at the SLS Centre on Griffin Road East. Registration is open to the public with no qualification requirements. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
