Wild River Dash
The Sixth Annual Wild River Dash is a paddle and run duathlon hosted by Wild Hearts Idaho at Esther Simplot Park in the Treasure Valley. The event is family friendly and open to all ages, with options for individuals and two-person relay teams in which one person paddles and the other runs.
The course begins with an out-and-back paddle across Quinn's Pond and finishes with a loop run on the Boise Greenbelt. Race divisions use age-based groups: Adults 18 and older, Teens 12 to 17, and Kids 5 to 11. Packet pickup is handled at Fleet Feet Meridian. All event participants and volunteers receive event swag.
All proceeds support Wild Hearts Idaho programs by helping to remove transportation barriers and provide safe, reliable transportation for participants in the organization's outdoor adventure programs.
Equipment notes: personal kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes must be tagged with an invasive species sticker. Stickers can be purchased through Idaho State Parks or at Idaho River Sports. Hydrus Board Tech will provide paddleboards for use and demos, and Idaho River Sports offers rental boards for registered participants.

- Kid course: 0.25 mile paddle and 1 mile run.
