Wild Bill 5k
The Wild Bill 5k takes place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Raleigh, NC. The event is held at Seven Oaks Swim and Racquet Club, 2500 Howard Road, Raleigh 27613. The race includes the following distances:

Event details
The 5k course is USATF certified, course number NC21006BDS. The 5k field is limited to 500 runners. Proceeds will benefit The Helene Foundation and an annual scholarship fund.
Registration fees for the 5k vary by date: $35, then $40, then $45 as the event approaches. The youth race fee is $25 and includes a t-shirt and race swag. To be guaranteed a race shirt, register by July 10.
Chip bib timing is used for all 5k participants. The youth race will use a simple running clock and numbered bibs without chips. Awards are given to top overall and masters finishers and top age-group finishers; awards are based on gun time for overall and chip/net time for age groups. Participants must be present to receive awards.
Race rules include no headphones, no pets on course, and request that strollers start at the back. Water stations are located at miles 1 and 2. Limited parking is available at Seven Oaks, with additional parking on Stonehenge Drive and at the Diocese building lot on Creedmoor Road.
