About the race
Wilcox Wild is a challenging 50K trail ultra run held in the Adirondack Park Wilderness, New York, on September 13, 2025. The race features a rugged lollipop course starting and finishing at Harrisburg Lake, covering 31 miles with 3,028 feet of elevation gain and loss. Runners traverse scenic trails including East Stony Creek, Murphy Trail, Willis Lake, and Wilcox Lake, deep in the Wilcox Lake Wild Forest.
The event offers two fully stocked aid stations at miles 11.5 and 23, with ample water filtering opportunities. Participants must have prior experience and aim to finish within 10.5 hours. Post-race includes a catered BBQ. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
