Event Details
The HW Moon Toyota Wigan Half Marathon is a half marathon race. It will take place on 15 March 2026. The event is part of the Run Wigan Festival. It is a UK Affiliated race. The event has an entry limit of 1500 participants.
Registration and Fees
The entry fee for the race is £35.00. Registration closes on 11 March 2026. If the event cannot be held, entries will be automatically rolled over to the 2027 event. A virtual event may be offered as an alternate option, with participants receiving a medal and t-shirt by post. Entry fees go directly to the organizing charity, Joining Jack, which funds research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. As a result, refunds are not offered.
Participant Information
All runners will be allocated a race number and an individual timing chip. Race numbers will be sent out starting from 1 March 2026. Participants will receive an email notification regarding their number.
