The event takes place on May 15, 2027, at The Williamsburg Winery in Newport News, VA. It offers two course options and on-site festival amenities at the winery grounds and address 5800 Wessex Hundred, Williamsburg, VA 23185.

Ticketed 1K entries include three 1 oz wine tastings along the course, a fourth tasting at the finish served in a provided wine glass, an event bib, an event shirt, and access to the after party. Ticketed 5K entries include a free wine glass with finish line wine, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party. A separate spectator tasting ticket is available and includes an etched wine glass and bracelet for purchases at the event.
On-site offerings include race bags and goods, food trucks, sampling stations, aid and water stations, games, a dance contest, costume contests, and finish line wine. The 5K will use pace-based start waves with short intervals between waves; two water stations are placed along the 5K course with another at the finish. The 1K features three sampling stations and a final sample at the finish.
Packet pickup is handled at the venue on race day, with an option to have a packet mailed for a $20 fee. Parking may cost up to $20 cash per vehicle.
