SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run - Buffalo, NY
SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run is scheduled for October 3, 2026 at Liberty Vineyard & Winery, 2861 US Route 20, Sheridan, NY 14135. The venue is a family-owned farm with nearly 150 years of grape growing, now in its sixth generation. Fourteen grape varieties are cultivated across 93 acres, and an on-site winery has operated since 2008.
Event formats include:
- 1K tasting walk with sampling stations
- 5K run or walk with on-course and finish support
Ticketed entries include event shirts for 2026, event bibs, access to an after party, and wine-related benefits. The 1K ticket includes three 1 oz wine tastings on course and a fourth tasting at the finish in a wine glass. The 5K ticket includes a finisher medal and a free glass of wine at the finish. A spectator tasting-only pass is available separately and includes an etched wine glass and bracelet for purchases on site.
On-site amenities and logistics include food trucks, games, aid and water stations (two water stations along the 5K and an additional station at the finish), sampling stations for the 1K, merchandise and packet pickup tents, dance and costume contests, and a finish-line wine offering. Packet pickup details will be posted two weeks before the event; packet delivery is offered for a fee and includes automatic check-in. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 cash per vehicle.
The event was rescheduled from July after unhealthy air conditions caused by Canadian fires; registrations from the July date were transferred to the new date for registered participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
