Wicked 10K - Virginia Beach
The Wicked 10K is a Halloween-themed 10-kilometer road race held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, along the Virginia Beach oceanfront. The course begins on 19th Street by the Virginia Beach Convention Center and finishes at 20th Street on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, covering 6.2 miles along the boardwalk and nearby streets.
The course is certified (VA22028RT) and has a two-hour time limit (20:00 minutes per mile). Course support includes three hydration and water stops located at approximately miles 2, 4 and 5. Port-a-potties are available at the start/finish area and adjacent to each water stop.
Event amenities listed for 2026 include a technical race shirt, a unique finisher medal, and additional finisher items. A post-race celebration on the boardwalk includes beer, finisher food, and entertainment; on-course spooky entertainment is also noted along the route.
Participants may earn extra finisher items by completing the Monster Mile on Friday night as part of the Pumpkin Smash Challenge; registration for the Challenge is required.
