3rd Annual White Squirrel Trot 5K Run/Walk
The White Squirrel Trot takes place on 11/26/2026 in Downtown Oberlin, Ohio, with activities centered at Tappan Square (77 W College St, Oberlin, OH 44074). The event combines in-person running and walking options with a virtual participation choice and a volunteer registration option.

- 1 mile walk
In-person participants receive a handmade 2026 stoneware pottery White Squirrel medal. Early registrants may choose between a tech or cotton long-sleeve event shirt; registrations after 11/21 are eligible for shirts on a first-come, first-served basis. In-person and day-of registrants are not guaranteed a shirt or medal. A virtual option is offered; virtual participants will receive their race packet by mail. Registration fees listed for the organized entries include $30 for the 5K and 1-mile walk, $34 for the virtual entry, and a volunteer registration with no fee. Day-of registration is available for a stated fee of $35 (cash or card).
Early packet pick-up and in-person registration are scheduled for Wednesday, November 25, at White Squirrel Clayworks studio (12013 Leavitt Rd, Oberlin, OH 44074).
Timing uses a gun start. Awards are presented immediately after finishes and include first overall male and female, first overall masters (age 40+), and top three male and female in age groups ranging from 10 and under through 70 and over.
