Course, logistics and services
The course follows the White Pine Trail and uses six segments with three legs running north and three legs returning south. The route reaches Russell Road as the turnaround and is not closed to traffic; runners are responsible for their own safety when crossing public roads. Parking lots and bathrooms are located roughly every four miles. Aid water and bathrooms are provided at exchange zones at Rogue River Park (Belmont), Rockford Shoe Depot (Rockford) and near the Russell Road parking lot. Teams assign a captain at registration, are responsible for their own logistics and transportation, and must cover all 26.2 miles between team members. The trail is routinely plowed by Friends of The White Pine Trail. The event will be cancelled only for lightning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
