The course runs through restored prairies on wide, rolling grass paths with a few gentle hills and open views of the surrounding Driftless Region. One on-course aid station is located around mile 1.5 and is stocked with water and Skratch Hydration.
All participants receive official timing. The event includes a random giveaway of twenty Driftless Endurance and White Oak Fest T-shirts. After the race, runners are offered a complimentary post-run breakfast provided by White Oak Fest.
White Oak Fest features activities such as yoga, live music, food, and drinks extending into the evening. A discounted $15 festival ticket is available to runners who choose the combined race and festival option.
The event’s refund policy offers a 75% credit for cancellations made 60 or more days before the race. Registrations within 60 days of the event are final with no refunds, deferments, or rollovers.
