Whiskey Row 5K - Louisville, Kentucky
The Whiskey Row 5K is a downtown road race held on March 6, 2027. It serves as the first leg of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running presented by the Courier Journal and takes place in the historic Whiskey Row area of Louisville.
The course finishes with a post-race gathering outside Louisville Slugger Field. Registrations include an exclusive wearable swag item, a finisher's medal, a race bib, finisher photos, a fully supported course with premium aid stations, fresh snacks, and one free beer for participants aged 21 and over.
The event offers a live race and a virtual option, and it supports community involvement through group registration and volunteer opportunities. The Whiskey Row 5K also partners with the WHAS Crusade for Children as a charity beneficiary.
As part of the Louisville Triple Crown series, there are two series options:
- Crown Jewel: Whiskey Row 5K, Derby City 10K, University of Louisville 10 Mile.
- Coronet: Whiskey Row 5K, Derby City 5K, University of Louisville 8K.
