The Whiskey Row 5K is a downtown road race in Louisville, Kentucky held on March 6, 2027. The course runs through the historic Whiskey Row area and finishes outside Louisville Slugger Field. The event offers an in-person race and a virtual option that allows participants to complete the distance from anywhere.
Registration includes an exclusive wearable item, a finisher’s medal, a race bib, finisher photos, and on-course support with premium aid stations. The post-race area outside Louisville Slugger Field features a party atmosphere with fresh snacks and one free beer for participants aged 21 and over. The event is supported by race volunteers and an official medical provider.
The Whiskey Row 5K is the first race in the Louisville Triple Crown of Running series, presented by the Courier Journal. The Triple Crown offers two series options: the Crown Jewel route (Whiskey Row 5K, Derby City 10K, University of Louisville 10 Mile) and the Coronet route (Whiskey Row 5K, Derby City 5K, University of Louisville 8K). Series registration offers a savings of five dollars per race and includes exclusive series swag and finisher medals.
