Reindeer Romp 4k Run/Walk - December 5, 2026
Reindeer Romp is a four kilometer (2.4 miles) run and walk held on the Scenic Loop in Cherokee Park at Hogan's Fountain in Louisville, KY on December 5, 2026. The event is organized as part of the River City Races calendar.
The race is the first leg of the Polar Bear Grand Prix, a three-race series held in December, January, and February. Each race in the Polar Bear Grand Prix has its own finisher medal and the three medals fit together to form a single Polar Bear Grand Prix finisher medal. The Polar Bear Grand Prix also notes an extra goodie for the first 500 registrants in each race.
Entry benefits listed for participants include a long sleeve race shirt (subject to change), free race photography, photos with Rudolph, a finisher medal, age group awards, awards for Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters, a team challenge, a costume contest, a virtual participation option, and packet mailing for a stated $10 fee.
