Whiskey Rebellion 5K
The Whiskey Rebellion 5K is a Fourth of July run and walk scheduled for July 4, 2026 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The event uses Canon Mac Stadium as the start area and is held at 1 N Jefferson Ave, Canonsburg, PA 15317.
All proceeds benefit the Canon-McMillan cross country team. The event distance is 5K (3.1 miles) and the format accommodates both runners and walkers. Participants line up on the track in corrals organized by pace, and top runners are seeded toward the front of the starting formation.
Packet pickup and bib distribution occur the day before the event with walk up or curbside pickup in the small parking lot outside the stadium near Sarris Library at 1 North Jefferson Ave. Bibs may also be picked up on the morning of the event at the stadium.
Race policies state that jogging strollers are permitted and that pets are not allowed on school property except for service animals. Post race food and water are provided for participants.
Awards are presented to the top five overall female and top five overall male finishers, plus the top three finishers in each age division. Age divisions include 11 and under, 12 to 15, 16 to 18, 19 to 24, and five year bands from 25 up to 70 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
