Wetherby 10K 2026 : Wetherby, West Yorkshire
The Wetherby 10K is a chip-timed, one-lap 10 km race on a multi-terrain, generally flat course. Race headquarters are at Wetherby Racecourse, LS22 5EJ. The event uses professional timing provided by Racebest and holds a UK Athletics race licence 27764.
Facilities at Race HQ include a large car park, portaloo toilets stocked with sanitary products, water on the course, distance markers, and medical cover from Julian Hall Medics. There are no showers, no changing facilities, and no baggage storage. Marshals are positioned along the route and a halfway water stop is provided. A tail runner operates so that no competitor is left behind.
Entry details state an overall limit of 1000 places, with 811 places reported remaining. 10k entrants must be 15 years or older on race day. Wheelchairs are not accepted. The use of earphones over or in the ear is prohibited unless preapproved for medical reasons; bone conducting earphones are allowed.
Entry fees shown are £20.00 for affiliated runners and £22.00 for unaffiliated runners. Finishers receive a commemorative large mug. The event also includes a Mini-Marathon of 1.6 miles with entry on the day and no lower age limit.
