Wetherby 10K 2026
The Wetherby 10K takes place in Wetherby, West Yorkshire on 6 September 2026 and is organised by Wetherby Runners AC. The event raises funds for Leeds Hospitals Charity, which supports NHS staff and helps fund equipment, treatments, research and patient comforts.
Distances
- 10 Kilometres on a flat, multi terrain course, one lap.
- Mini-Marathon 1.6 miles, entry on the day only, no minimum age.
The 10k is chip timed and has a midway water stop, distance markers and marshals along the route. There is no cut off time and a tail runner is provided. The race has an entry limit of 1000 places and transfers are permitted up to two weeks before the race date. Entry fees listed are £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners; entry on the day is not available for the 10k.
Race headquarters is at Wetherby Racecourse, which provides a large car park, portaloo toilets stocked with sanitary products and picnic space. Facilities include toilets, on site refreshments and a charity cake stall. Race numbers are collected on the day and the race pack is issued by email about two weeks before the event.
