Wetherby 10K 2026
The Wetherby 10K is a single lap, flat multi terrain race of 10 kilometres held at Wetherby Racecourse in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. The event has an entry limit of 750 places. Entry categories are affiliated (£20) and unaffiliated (£22) and entry on the day is not available. The stated entry figures include card charges and administration.
The event raises money for Leeds Hospitals Charity. Organisers operate a raffle with prizes provided by Rudding Park Hotel and Resort, including a spa escape for two valued at £680 and a £150 lunch voucher for FIFTY TWO restaurant. All 10k finishers receive a commemorative large mug.
On course support includes professional chip timing by Racebest, marshals, a halfway water stop, and a tail runner with no cut-off time. Race HQ at Wetherby Racecourse offers a large car park, portable toilets stocked with sanitary products, hot and cold refreshments and a charity cake stall. A family Mini Marathon of 1.6 miles is held on the same day with on-the-day entry and no minimum age.
Event rules and facilities note that 10k entrants must be 15 years or older on race day, wheelchair entries are not accepted, no dogs or cyclists are permitted, and in-ear portable earphones are prohibited unless specifically approved; bone conducting earphones are allowed.
