Westwood Day 2026 (5K & 1 Mile Fun Run)
Westwood Day takes place on September 19, 2026 in Westwood, MA at 240 Nahatan Street. The event program includes two running events and is described as stroller friendly and open to all ages.
Registration for both events opens August 10, 2026. Online registration for the 5K is listed at $20; in-person registration the day before the event increases to $25. The 1 Mile Fun Run has no entry fee. A tech race t-shirt for the 5K is available only to participants who pre-register by August 31, 2026. Online group pricing and discounts apply: a $5 discount per person is available when registering five or more runners at the same time via the Family & Friends option, and group/team registrations receive a $5 per person discount for groups of five or more. Only the 5K is eligible for the Family & Friends discount and group/team assignments.
Packet pick up is scheduled at the Flahive Concession Stand on Flahive Field at the Westwood High School campus from 7:30am to 8:45am on race day.
Included with the 5K are timed results, a race bib, water stops, post-race refreshments, and awards for the top three male and top three female finishers. The 1 Mile Fun Run includes a timer clock at the finish, race bib, water and refreshments, finisher medals, music, and cheering crowds. The event also awards a trophy to the Westwood Elementary School with the highest percentage of student participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
