The Westview Arbor Day 5k/10k Run and Walk takes place on April 26, 2026, at Cunningham Lake in Omaha, Nebraska. The event is hosted by Westview High School and uses Entrance 1 at 8965 State Street, Omaha, NE 68122, as the race site start and finish. The event offers these distances:

On-site activities and features
Participants receive a swag bag that includes a race shirt, seed packets, and a tree sapling provided by the Papio-Missouri Natural Resources District and the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum. HyVee will provide donuts and bananas for participants. Westview High School students will work with the University of Nebraska Omaha College of Sports Medicine and Biomechanics and Makovicka Physical Therapy to lead stretching sessions and to collect activity and heart rate data from willing participants. Race winners earn the opportunity to plant a celebratory tree at Westview High School as part of the Arboretum ribbon cutting.
