Westminster Trail Races, Westminster CO
The Westminster Trail Races take place on August 15, 2026 and are organized by Aravaipa Running. The event is held around Standley Lake in Westminster, Colorado, and is in its 13th year. Routes use packed dirt trails with sections of single-track and some bike path.
The event offers multiple distances that follow looped or out-and-back formats. Distances include:
- 50K - 32 miles, loop, 1,712 ft elevation gain, three aid stations, peak 5,597 ft
- 36K - 22.5 miles, loop, 1,162 ft elevation gain, three aid stations, peak 5,597 ft
- 18K - 11.2 miles, loop, 583 ft elevation gain, three aid stations, peak 5,597 ft
- 12K - 7.7 miles, out-and-back, 464 ft elevation gain, two aid stations, peak 5,597 ft
- 6K - 3.7 miles, out-and-back, 287 ft elevation gain, peak 5,450 ft
Course descriptions note lake reflections and front range mountain views as prominent scenery. Race entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bib pickup is scheduled at Runners Roost in Louisville on the day before the race. Registration closes on August 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
