Westbridge 5
The Westbridge 5 is a 5 miles multi-terrain road and off-road race held at Westbridge Park in Stone on Sunday 7 June 2026. The Race HQ is the Girl Guides Hut in Westbridge Park. The event has a minimum age of 18 and a capacity limit of 250 entrants.
The course is described as fast and virtually flat. Surfaces along the route include playing fields, canal towpaths, unmade tracks, footpaths, country lanes and a short stretch of trunk road. The route runs adjacent to the Trent and Mersey Canal south to the village of Aston and then loops back to finish near the town centre.
Entry is available online through JCRace Solutions on Event Central and entries are limited to 250 runners. Race numbers and timing chips can be collected on the day at the Girl Guides Hut.
Facilities include portable toilets near Race HQ and post-race water for participants. First aid services will be available and runners are asked to provide relevant medical information at registration and to carry any necessary medication during the race.
Awards include trophies for the top three male and female finishers, age category prizes such as M40 and F35 classes, and team prizes for the top three male and female running club teams. All finishers receive a bespoke Westbridge 5 beer from Lymestone Brewery with a non alcoholic option. Entry fees are £17 affiliated and £19 unattached including booking fees.
