West Van Run

Overview

West Van Run is a multi-day event in West Vancouver on September 27 and 28, 2025. The event offers in-person and virtual options over several distances, and lists Special Olympics BC as a fundraising organization. The schedule includes a 5 km day on Saturday, a 10 km day on Sunday, a 1 km kids run on each day, and post-event "Post-Sweat" activities on both days.

In-person registration opens August 31 and closes September 24; prices increase in the final days before close. Virtual registration runs April 19 to September 24. Sample entry fees listed include CA$72.10 and CA$77.49 for the 5 KM and 10 KM, CA$115.19 and CA$125.95 for the Double, and CA$29.01 and CA$33.33 for the kids events; virtual entries have separate fees. Registration fees do not include tax, an online processing fee is applied, and payments are accepted in Canadian dollars by major credit cards. No refunds or transfers are accepted; refunds are also not available if the race is cancelled due to factors beyond organizer control.
